Precision Cutting with 30 Hydraulic Presses
Equipped with 30 hydraulic cutting presses, we ensure fast, precise, and efficient production. Using cutting dies, we achieve accurate sizes and measurements with consistency.
Before cutting, all leather is inspected for quality. Pre-production samples are tested to match the size chart, ensuring the perfect fit before bulk production.

- Eco-Friendly Raw Materials: We source raw leather from Leather Working Group (LWG) certified suppliers, ensuring responsible and sustainable material procurement.
- Safe Chemical Usage: We exclusively use imported chemicals from world-renowned German companies, adhering to REACH regulations to eliminate harmful substances.
- Biodegradable Packaging: To reduce plastic pollution, we use d2w biodegradable bags and packaging materials, which conform to ASTM 6954 standards.
- Chromium VI Compliance: We follow the EN ISO 17075 test method to ensure our leather products are free from harmful chromium VI content, reinforcing our commitment to environmental safety.
